The App uses Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore) to store your account information and financial data securely in the cloud. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the App by navigating to Profile → Account Management → Delete Account. Alternatively, you may contact us at support@mysavinghabits.com. Upon confirmed deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and My Saving Habits regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through an in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
